🏜️ A Desert Journey

Prophet Ibrahim loved Allah and trusted Him completely. One day, Allah commanded Ibrahim to leave his wife Hajar and baby Ismail in the barren valley of Makkah. There were no farms, no houses, and no flowing river there.

Hajar asked, "Did Allah command you to do this?" Ibrahim answered yes. Hajar then said with full trust, "Then Allah will not abandon us." That was a heart full of faith.

"Our Lord, I have settled some of my offspring in a valley with no crops..."

πŸ’§ The Miracle of Zamzam

Soon their food and water ran out. Baby Ismail cried from thirst, and Hajar ran desperately between the hills of Safa and Marwah looking for help.

Then Allah sent relief. Water burst from the ground near baby Ismail's feet. Hajar quickly gathered it and said, "Zam, zam!" meaning, "Stop, stop," so the water would not flow away.

That blessed spring became the well of Zamzam, and it still gives water today. Allah turned a silent desert into a place of life and hope.

πŸ•‹ Father and Son Together

Ismail grew into a truthful, patient, and obedient young man. When Ibrahim returned, he found a son who loved Allah just as much as he did.

Later, Allah honoured Ibrahim and Ismail with a great task: rebuilding the Ka'bah. Together they lifted the stones and prayed, "Our Lord, accept this from us. You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing."

Their work became a sign for all Muslims. Every year, millions of believers visit Makkah, remember Hajar's running, and drink from Zamzam.
